De acuerdo a la Fiscalía, el acusado Percy Zamalloa ya estaría fuera del país y su captura está en manos de la Interpol.

Esta mañana, al menos 10 efectivos policiales y la Segunda Fiscalía especializada en Delitos de Lavado de Activos incautaron una vivienda de tres pisos ubicada en el barrio de Santa Ana, en la ciudad de Cusco.

La fiscal Gloria Escalante, a cargo del caso, sostuvo que la vivienda incautada estaría vinculada a Percy Zamalloa, acusado del delito de lavado de activos y quien se dedicaría a la compra y venta de autopartes.

Continuando con la diligencia, Escalante precisó que Zamalloa está prófugo y habría información de que se encuentra fuera del país; situación que no extingue las diligencias y medidas emprendidas desde el Ministerio Público.

“Nosotros vamos a cursar documentos para lograr ubicar y detener al acusado con ayuda de la Policía Internacional (Interpol)”, expresó Gloria Escalante a La República.

Este medio también conversó con el abogado de la familia del investigado, quien precisó que la vivienda se encuentra a nombre de la madre del acusado desde el año 70 y que solicitaría una medida cautelar para evitar la incautación de la vivienda de tres pisos.
